(v) debit-collection agencies or other debt-recovery organizations;
(vi) professional advisers (which include lawyers and auditors); and
(vii) law enforcement agencies or government bodies, regulatory bodies, courts, and any person or entity to whom Paradise is under an obligation to make disclosure under the requirements of any law binding on Paradise or under and for the purposes of any guidelines issued by regulatory or other authorities with which Paradise is expected to comply.
You can access and correct your personal information held by Paradise (if any). To exercise this right, you shall write to us at Unit C, 19/F., Entertainment Building, 30 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong. Paradise will respond to the data access request or the data correction request within 40 days after its receipt of the same and may impose a fee for complying with such request.
The Site is generally not intended for use by children. Paradise does not knowingly solicit, collect, use or disclose any personal information from children under the age of 18, or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction, without verifiable parental consent.
