Paradise Entertainment is a casino gaming supplier and operator of patent pending live dealer electronic table gaming terminals and progressive jackpots in the Asia/Pacific region. Our LIVE Baccarat e-table game has been widely accepted as the pre-eminent electronic baccarat table game in Macau, and we plan to launch the widest-linked table game baccarat progressive jackpot system currently available today. In Macau, we have the largest number of electronic table gaming terminals with over 500 launched. We are also the only supplier of electronic gaming machines and progressive baccarat table game systems to profit-share with the major Macau gaming license holders.

The Company has aggressively signed collaboration agreements for its Progressive Paradise Baccarat™ table game system (Patent pending) with some of the Macau gaming concessionaires.

Under the current terms of the agreement, Paradise Entertainment is entitled to a profit-sharing agreement where we receive a fixed percentage of every side bet associated with our game.

For e-tables, we plan to continue to sign major collaboration agreements with the SJM and Galaxy license-holders in Macau, to deliver our LIVE Baccarat™ and our next generation Paradise Box™ e-table & server based gaming terminals at various casino venues in which they are not present. In 2008, we forecast we will be able to grow the number of e-tables Live Baccarat and Paradise Box in Macau to over 1000 terminals. Additionally, we plan to continue to export our e-tables to other Asia/Pacific gaming destinations including the Philippines, Cambodia, Malaysia, Vietnam and Korea, we forecast the number of profit sharing terminals to increase substantially in 2008.

For our Progressive Paradise Baccarat Jackpot game system, we plan to announce a couple of significant agreements with a couple of Macau gaming license holders in which the license-holder will replace their current line of traditional baccarat tables with our Progressive Paradise Baccarat™ Jackpot table game system. As the only patent pending progressive baccarat table game system allowed in Macau, we believe we will make major in-roads with casino operators by replacing their traditional baccarat table game with a more exciting one that includes a side bet to win a progressive jackpot.
